Meet Our Founder
Nashonne Watkins is a Talent Acquisition expert with 20 years of experience in corporate recruiting, executive search, staffing, and DEIA. She founded NeXtRAordinary People to help candidates showcase themselves and hiring teams conduct effective interviews. Nashonne is a high-energy powerhouse with intellectual curiosity, creativity, agility, and strong industry relationships. She graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems and worked for notable companies such as Deloitte, CVPartners, and PwC. Nashonne is also a member of trade associations and leadership groups, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching her daughter's AAU basketball team, exploring new adventures, connecting with nature, and listening to diverse music genres.
