Direct Hire-Permanent Placement:

  • Retained Search: For hard-to-fill positions, a portion of the fee is due upfront and the remainder is due once the candidate starts.

  • Contingency Search: For mid- to upper-level positions, interview our candidates now and pay a fee only if you hire one. The fee is due after the candidate starts.

Interviewer Training:

We offer training on DEIA and unconscious bias to help interviewers become aware of their biases and interrupt them. We also provide training on best practices for highly effective interviews.

The best part? You don't have to pay us a dime to interview with our clients and get hired. Our clients cover that cost. However, if you do request any additional services, there may be charges for those.
